We’re trained on eight major brands – LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Craftsman, and Raynor – and that knowledge gets passed down on the job, not just in a manual. Apprentices work alongside experienced techs from day one, learning how to diagnose correctly and how to handle spring and cable systems safely before ever working solo. The path from apprentice to lead tech is real here, not a talking point.

What we can’t teach is being careful, being honest with a customer, and caring whether the job was done right before you pack up the truck.
Your first months will be spent in the field alongside a lead technician. You’ll watch, then assist, then gradually take the lead as your confidence and knowledge build. Spring and cable systems involve serious tension and real safety risk, so we don’t rush that part. We’d rather take an extra week to train you properly than send you out unprepared.
